Zack was great he came out to our home and figured out exactly what was going on Boom we had working kitchen lights we would definitely recommend his services to anyone and will be keeping him in mind for future projects
There are so many wonderful things to say about the work Zack has done for us.
Firstly, he lead the electrical project in our new salon build out. His work was meticulous, well organized, and clean (even though it was covered up by drywall). He was thorough in communication and understanding of what we were looking for and he was on top of his time management skills. Got the job done when he said he'd get it done and got it done well. Even the city's electrical inspector was impressed at his work. This was a commercial project, so those who've been there understand they don't mess around.
Secondly, we trusted him enough that we got him to come to our house. Outlet replacements, moving of an electrical box, installation of heated floors, once again he came in with the same result: clean work, efficient and timely, and extremely communicative. I would highly recommend him.
I had an issue with some plugs in my garage on a Saturday afternoon. I called a few electricians but got only answering services with not call back. Until that is when I called Zack. He returned my call within 15-20 minutes and was willing to talk me through part of my issues over the phone. I later decided that a service call was in order. Zack arrived on time, was able to diagnose the problem within just a few minutes. I was very impressed with his knowledge, service and his friendliness.
